"Box showed up in great shape"
I ordered a case and was pleased when it got here. The packaging was solid, no dents or leaks, and all the bottles were totally fine. Really happy with how it arrived, no issues at all.

The water tastes fine and the delivery went smoothly, so no complaints there. I’m just not totally convinced by all the health claims, to be honest. Maybe it makes a difference for some people, maybe it doesn’t... I’d feel better if there was clearer proof or info on the site. For me, it’s decent water, just a bit expensive for what it is...

I liked the taste, and it does seem like decent quality water. Because the price is a bit high, I’m not totally sure I’d buy it regularly. Delivery was fine and there weren’t any real problems, so I’d probably get it again sometimes, just not all the time...

"Refund was handled quickly, but still annoying"
I had a problem with my order and ended up asking for a refund. To be fair, the support team got back to me quickly and didn’t make the process difficult, which I appreciated. The refund was sorted without loads of back and forth. Still, it was frustrating having to deal with it in the first place, and it kind of put me off ordering again for a while. Good customer service in the end, but the whole situation wasn’t exactly great

"Decent water, but I’m not as confident as I was"
I’ve been drinking Actiph for a few weeks now and it does taste clean. The alkaline bit seems to sit a little easier on my stomach, which I like. That said, I’ve seen enough mixed info around these kinds of waters that my trust has dipped a bit, so I’m not totally sold on the claims. Still fine for daily drinking though.

"Glad I gave this brand a try"
I was a bit unsure at first because there are so many bottled water brands out there, but I’m relieved I tried Actiph Water. It feels like a brand I can actually trust, and ordering from the site has been simple enough. I’ve bought from them a few times now and everything has gone smoothly, so I feel good sticking with them.

"Looks alright, but the cap is kind of a pain"
The bottle itself looks fine enough, nothing too special but not bad. The cap just feels a bit cheap or flimsy, and it’s sort of awkward to open sometimes. Not a huge deal, but it’s a little annoying

"Fast delivery, just wish tracking was better"
I ordered from actiphwater.com and my water showed up quickly, within a couple of days. The box arrived in good shape and there weren’t any real problems. I’m giving 4 stars mainly because the tracking barely updated, so I had to keep an eye out and wasn’t totally sure when it would land. I like to know when deliveries are coming so they’re not sitting outside too long. Overall though, it got here fast and I’d probably order again.

I wasn’t expecting anything dramatic, but I did feel properly hydrated after using it. It’s not perfect, but nothing that would really bother me. Overall, it did what I needed it to do.

I’ve noticed stuff is often out of stock when I stop by. Maybe they’re not getting shipments in fast enough or just underestimating what people buy, but I’m only guessing. It’s a little frustrating when the item I need isn’t available

The website works for the most part, no doubt about that, but it’s absolutely a bit clunky. I was trying to find some product details and it took way longer than it should have, like I’m completely sure there was a simpler way to lay it out. Checkout did go through fine, but on my phone it just wasn’t as smooth as it should be. Not terrible, just definitely needs a little polish.

I’ve ordered from Actiph Water a few times. It’s good. Tastes clean and fresh, with no weird aftertaste.
The bottles showed up fine. Packaging was okay too. Nothing broken or leaking. I like it after workouts, it just feels smoother somehow.
Only downside is the price. A little high for buying all the time. Still good water though.

"Pretty good, but I’m still not totally sold"
I grabbed this water the other day, or maybe last week and it tasted fine. No weird aftertaste or anything. I do like that they mention recycling and trying to be more responsible, but at the same time it’s still bottled water, so I’m a little torn on the whole sustainability thing. It feels like a step in the right direction, I guess, but not fully there.
